And then, tomorrow happens.
Yesterday's Intentions Were:
- DO LAUNDRY
- RAKE BACK YARD
- SWEEP FRONT PORCH
- MOP BATHROOM FLOOR
- ORGANIZE CLOSET
- BLEACH COUNTERS
- WORK OUT
- SHOWER
- DO HAIR AND MAKE UP AND SURPRISE HUSBAND BY NOT LOOKING LIKE I HAVE BEEN DOING NOTHING ALL DAY
- PREPARE DINNER
- DID A LITTLE BLOGGING
- MOVED ONE PILE OF LAUNDRY TO THE COUCH
- ATE A QUESADILLA
- ATE ANOTHER QUESADILLA WITH THE INTENTION OF WORKING OUT AND BURNING ALL OF THE CALORIES OFF
- DID ARTS AND CRAFTS WHILE WATCHING THE OFFICE AGAIN
- CUT MY BANGS (HUSBAND WAS SURPRISED. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED)
Only took me 4 hours to finish!
*Look how cute bangs are.
To see more of my bangs once I get a new phone or camera, follow me on Facebook!
*This is an older picture of my bangs. They look just as cute today but my phone is a pile of crap that is half eaten thanks to my dumb dog so you'll just have to take my word for it.
Hmmmm, your daily list looks suspiciously like one of my daily lists. And my end results are generally the same. However I don't do crafts and I'm not artistically gifted so we're different in that respect, but I'm right there with you on the cleaning and napping. It's like-- there are only so many hours in the day. I work full time, come home and hit the ground running with my second job. You know the routine-- dinner, clean up the kitchen, throw in a load of laundry, help kid with homework, make lunches for the next day, give kid a bath, give ME a bath, etc., etc. It's never ending. If I get to sit on my ass and watch an hour of TV before bedtime (while folding laundry) I consider it major victory. Too bad I don't live in Arizona. We could hang out and get even LESS done. But damn we'd have fun doing it...
ReplyDeleteYeah, it's exhausting. Some days just the thought of doing anything makes me sleepy. I might have a chemical imbalance. Or, I eat too many quesadillas. What state are you in? We could meet half way at a "writing seminar," sometime which would mainly consist of lots of writing (drinking) exercises and networking (eating cheese together).
DeleteFunny, I have every intention of working out this evening. It will be the first time in months! Yeah so ask me what I'm doing instead. Oh wait, no need to ask me, it's probably obvious I'm blog reading/commenting. Oh and I can't let the laundry sit in the washer/dryer... and... :-)
ReplyDeleteYeah, I still haven't gotten around to working out. I think I've rewashed the load in the washer three times now. I should probably dry it at some point so I can finally change out of my husband's Army Of Darkness shirt.
DeleteHaha, mission accomplished, I like it!
ReplyDeleteIt's nice that you intend to do your list. I often get listy but in my heart of hearts I know I'll just oversleep, read, and take baths instead.
I yearn for the day I can take a bath. I've learned over the years not to even try until all of my kids are married and safely living in their own homes with kids of their own to torture them and give them zero privacy.
DeleteI'm impressed that you got so much accomplished. You need to add "Had a beer" to your list of things you did.
ReplyDeleteI "had a couple."
